Accessibility Statement

simul8or should be usable by as many traders as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology. This page explains where we stand today and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

The Standard We Follow

§ 01

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

simul8or is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet, chiefly the live charts described in Section 3. We treat accessibility as ongoing work and fix issues as we find them.

What Works Today

§ 02

Across the Site:

  • Pages declare their language so screen readers use the correct pronunciation
  • Browser zoom is never blocked, and pages reflow on small screens
  • A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing keyboard users reach on each page
  • Keyboard focus is shown with a visible outline on buttons, links, and form fields
  • Pop-up windows, such as sign-in and settings, move keyboard focus inside, keep it there until closed, close with the Esc key, and return you to where you were
  • Icon-only buttons, such as close and settings, carry text labels for screen readers
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn down animations and transitions

In the Simulator:

  • Replay can be paused, slowed, or sped up at any time, so nothing forces you to act on a timer
  • Your trades, fills, profit and loss, and statistics are shown as text on the Trading Metrics page and on individual trade pages, not only on the chart
  • Gains and losses are labeled with signs and numbers, not shown by color alone

Known Limitations

§ 03

We know about the following problems and are working on them:

Price Charts:

  • Candlestick charts are drawn on a canvas. A screen reader cannot read individual candles, indicators, or drawings on the chart
  • Chart tools such as zooming, panning, and drawing need a mouse or touch screen

Live Prices:

  • Prices update many times per second. To avoid flooding screen readers, these updates are not announced as they happen

Older Pages:

  • A few older pages have not yet been rebuilt in our current design and may have weaker keyboard support or lower color contrast

If one of these gets in your way, please tell us (Section 5). Hearing which barriers matter most helps us decide what to fix first.

Third-Party Content

§ 04

Some parts of simul8or are provided by other companies, and we do not control how accessible they are:

  • Payment forms from Stripe and PayPal
  • Sign-in windows from Google and Facebook
  • Embedded videos and partner offers

If one of these blocks you from completing a purchase or signing in, contact us and we will help you finish another way.

Feedback and Help

§ 05

If you run into a barrier, need information in a different format, or have a suggestion, we want to hear from you:

It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within two business days.

How We Assess the Site

§ 06

simul8or is assessed by self-evaluation: we review pages against WCAG 2.1 AA as we build and update them, and fix issues as they are reported. We last reviewed this statement on October 14, 2026.

Changes to This Statement

§ 07

We update this statement as we fix known issues or add new features. Changes are posted on this page with an updated revision date.
